Refund policy

Cancellation of order has to be made within 24 hours in advance before we deliver.

For cancellation request made beyond the time limit of 24 hours, the payment will still go through. 

You may email any cancellation request to us at sales@dulygift.com.sg with your purchase order number or whatsapp us at +65 9190 7989 at least 24 hours before delivery.

Refunds will be processed and submitted to the bank within 14 business working days for the receipt of your refund request. Thereafter, the bank will process the credit to your credit card. The time frame for the credit to return to your credit card statement is subjected to the bank.
