Shipping policy

Here at Duly Florist, our team will ensure that your order(s) are delivered promptly. However, should there be an issue that we are facing, do note that we will definitely inform you.

Below are the timeline for our delivery slots and timings:

Standard Delivery charge
There will be a standard delivery charge of $10.00 SGD per location within Singapore.

Mondays to Fridays:
orders placed before 10AM, delivery will be anytime between 11AM to 6PM.
orders placed after 3PM, delivery will be anytime between 4PM-6PM or next day 10AM to 6PM.

Saturdays:
orders placed before 10AM, delivery will be anytime between 11AM to 2PM.
orders placed after 2PM, delivery will be anytime between 2PM to 4PM.

Sundays:
There will be a standard delivery charge of $20.00 SGD per location within Singapore.

Public Holidays:
There will be a standard delivery charge of $30.00 SGD per location within Singapore.

***Do take note under our check out section, if you want to order beyond our working hours, please kindly select the last option which is $20.00 SGD. If you selected other options instead, we will require full amount before proceeding with your order still.

Redirection
*There will be a redirection fee of $30.00 should there be a mistake on your end for providing us with the wrong information of name, address, etc.* 

Re-delivery
Please kindly ensure that the recipient's address is correct and someone is available to receive our product. In any event that the recipient is absent and unable to receive it, take note that we will deliver back to our office to reschedule for next available delivery.

Surcharge Delivery
There will be a surcharge of $10.00 SGD on top of our standard delivery charge $10.00 SGD per order for deliveries made to Sentosa Island, Changi Airport Terminal 1,2,3,4, Airport Cargo areas, Jewel@Changi Airport, PSA, Marina Bay Sands (MBS) Tower 1,2,3,4.
For Tuas, it will be $30.00 SGD flat rate. As for Hospitals, there will be a surcharge of $5.00 SGD on top of our standard delivery charge $10.00 SGD.
There may be security regulations imposed on these areas, hence we require the contact number to get the recipient to book the loading bay for our driver to be authorized to enter for delivery. 

Peak Season Delivery
During Festive Seasons like Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali and Christmas etc, do take note that your order will be delivered within 4 days from the selected delivery date. 

For Chinese New Year, orders for Chinese New Year Hampers required at least 3 business working days notice for delivery schedule or should there be availability, we will inform you through Whatsapp. 

There will not be any deliveries made during Chinese New Year and Public Holidays of Chinese New Year, (for instance, first and second day of Chinese New Year). 

Duly reserves the right to reject any order depending on the circumstances.
